Not always. We can usually provide quotes using online property information. If the property is in a dense bushy area, on a farm, or needs a closer look, we'll arrange a site visit.

Yes. Only If your property collects roof water into a tank, all affected downpipes should be disconnected, diverted, or isolated before roof treatments are carried out. Roof treatment products continue to work over time and may wash from the roof during rainfall. We recommend keeping downpipes disconnected until several significant rain events have flushed the treated roof surface. It is the client's responsibility to ensure all rainwater collection systems are properly isolated before treatment begins.

For any work exceeding 4–6 metres, relying on ladders is simply not compliant with health and safety standards. Instead, Elevated Work Platforms (EWPs) are required to complete the job safely and effectively.
