No need to be at home. Just make sure we have access to all areas, windows are shut, and any items that might get damaged are put away.

Do we come on site for quotes?

Not always. We can usually provide quotes using online property information. If the property is in a dense bushy area, on a farm, or needs a closer look, we'll arrange a site visit.

How often should I get a house or building wash?

Do we disconnect the downpipes when doing a roof treatment?

Only if you use tank water. You'll need to liaise with your plumber to disconnect and reconnect the downpipes before and after our service.

What is soft washing?

Soft washing is a technique using low water pressure along with a mix of products, mold killers, and cleaning agents. It's effective for delicate surfaces like windows and cedar cladding, removing dirt and killing mold and mildew.
