2.0. Worksite Safety Requirements

3.0 Equipment Safety

3.5. Chemical containers
3.6. Machinery
3.7. Tools
3.8. Any interference may result in immediate termination of the service, and full charges still apply.

4.0 Chemical Safety

4.3. Moss & mould treatments
4.4. Soft wash solutions
4.5. Industry‑approved cleaning chemicals
4.6. All chemicals are applied according to manufacturer guidelines and safety standards.

4.7 Clients acknowledge that:
4.8. Some chemicals require controlled access
4.9. Pets and children must be kept away from treated areas
5.0 Sensitive plants or surfaces must be disclosed before work begins

6.0. Weather & Environmental Safety
6.1. Exterior cleaning is affected by:
6.2. Heavy rain
6.3. High winds
6.4. Chemical drift risks
6.5. Height and ladder safety
6.6. Slippery surfaces
6.7. Exterior Wash Solutions Limited may postpone or reschedule the service if conditions become unsafe.
6.8. Weather‑related rescheduling does not incur fees.

7.0. Client Responsibilities
7.1. To maintain a safe work environment, clients must:

7.3. Ensure windows and doors are fully closed
7.4. Move vehicles, outdoor furniture, and personal items
7.5. Secure pets and children away from the work zone
7.6. Disclose hazards, leaks, fragile surfaces, electrical risks, or structural issues
7.7. Follow any safety instructions provided by Exterior Wash Solutions Limited
7.8. Failure to meet these requirements may result in cancellation or additional fees.

8.0. Hazard Disclosure
8.1 Clients must inform Exterior Wash Solutions Limited of any known hazards, including:
8.2. Loose cladding
8.3. Damaged seals
8.4. Fragile paint
8.5. Electrical risks
8.6. Structural weaknesses
8.7. Areas prone to leaks or water ingress
8.8. This ensures safe planning and prevents avoidable damage.

9.0 Behavioural Safety

9.1. Unsafe behaviour from clients or members of the public may result in:

9.3. Work being cancelled
9.4. Additional charges applying

9.5. Examples include:
9.6. Entering the work zone
9.7. Ignoring safety instructions
9.8. Interfering with equipment
9.9. Allowing pets or children into hazardous areas
10.0. Safety is non‑negotiable.

11.0. Elevated Work & Height Safety
11.1. Where required, Exterior Wash Solutions Limited may use:
11.2. Ladders
11.3. Elevated work platforms
11.4. Roof access equipment
11.5. These activities require controlled space and strict safety procedures.
Clients must not attempt to assist or enter these areas.

12.0 Acceptance of Health & Safety Requirements
12.1. By booking a service with Exterior Wash Solutions Limited, you acknowledge that:
