3.3. Blocked access
3.4. Unsafe conditions
3.5. Pets or children in the work zone
3.6. Vehicles or belongings obstructing work areas
3.7. No one present when required for access
3.8. The appointment is treated as a no‑show, and full service fees may apply.
4.0 Cancellations by Exterior Wash Solutions Limited
4.1 Exterior Wash Solutions Limited may cancel or postpone a booking due to:

4.3. Health and safety risks
4.4. Equipment failure
4.5. Staff illness
4.6. Hazardous site conditions
4.7. Operational delays
4.8. No Fees for Exterior Wash Solutions Limited‑Initiated Cancellations
4.9. If Exterior Wash Solutions Limited cancels due to weather or safety, no cancellation fee applies.
5. Rescheduling Offered
5.1. Clients will be offered the next available booking time.
6.0 Weather‑Related Cancellations
6.1. Exterior cleaning is affected by:

6.3. High winds
6.4. Chemical safety concerns
6.5. Height or ladder risks
6.6. Exterior Wash Solutions Limited may cancel or postpone the service if conditions are unsafe.
Weather‑related cancellations do not incur fees.
7.0 Prepaid Services

7.2. If a prepaid service is cancelled:
